Entry for my half in the February exchange. We were supposed to do couples pieces, and well my chosen didn't have anyone to paired up with, so she just requested to make one up haha. It took me a while to get ideas for the partner in the piece, so I decided to go with, I dunno, a water dragon of sorts. Since you liked jungle and water, tried to make it a jungle setting, though it was more difficult than I thought... the picture is actually larger than I could scan, rather large piece. I hope I got Endellion alright, the colors were kinda hard to emulate in colored pencil, especially the kind of electric blue. hope it's alright!

ShinXChange - Iciclewolf by Armaina

his was my piece for the shinxchange for iciclewolf I decided to do her character Flow I haven't done traditional works in some time, so I decided to tackle it. Also managed to pull off a background. Haven't really done that before, so despite it's simplicity, I like it. Character was colored in Colored Pencils, background was colored with prismacolor markers. The scan doesn't pull up the image well enough though I think.

Decided to test out some Ad Markers I got. They're alright, but boy they bleed more than Prismacolor Markers do. I don't have a lot of colors, so I was kinda limited, not a lot of light colors, unfortunately.

(this looks so much better on paper) Random doodle at work, that turned out veryvery nicely Haven't done graphite stuff in a while. I like the scars on his face! hehe. Oh yeah, if you can't tell, his wing is damaged.. yeah he can't fly. also, head and neck done at work the back done just now at home.. great contrast.. mostly due to the fact that I was rushing Also, when I'm at home, I tend to draw on my lap.. 2006

Small image of my dragon DJ, sadly the original was lost, though I did scan it at 100%, 300 DPI, so at least I have a high quality copy of something I no longer have. 2005
