KAY this one needs a bit of explaining
Back once again to what Zer0 and I have been working on. The Raichu morph there is Artemus..
Now Artemus.. wasn't always a Raichu morph.. and for that matter... wasn't always a GIRL
male human transformed into a Female Riachu morph against his will. Poor guy.
So yeah the subject of 'conflicted emotions/attractions' come up, and well this happened
It's really more of a Joke than anything (brings back memories of the terrible ideas I'd get writing stories with some friends back in the day.)
NOTHING HAPPENS just want to make that clear.

Though I would like to say, I really like the coloring.. despite the sloppyness of it
